DW type high-frequency vibrating screen produced by Yantai Jinyang cyclone engineering Co.,Ltd is mainly used in the tailings processing, coal dressing , ore dressing , power generation, sand making and other industries. Currently,it has successfully applicated in more than 200 enterprises. The first domestic DW30 vibrating dewatering screen was designed, manufactured,and successfully operated in Jinyang ,which has opened a new chapter for China's development of vibrating dewatering screen.
Vibrating screen unit is a core equipment in drying tailings process. The dewatering unit consists of hydrocyclones, high-frequency vibrating dewatering screen, slurry pump and attachments. Compared to the high investment and operation cost of pressure filter, the dewatering unit enjoys many benefits.
Working Principle
The product adopts double vibration motor as power supply. The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offset. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating linear motion. The product adopts flange vibrator as power supply: The two motors that rotate synchronously and reversely and centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. This makes the screen body periodical to-and-fro moving along the direction of straight line, which is for the purpose of dehydration. The screen frame is connected by the high-intensity bolts, so the structure is stable and durable.

1)The structure of dewatering screen body adopts rivets to link ,which has improved the overall
rigidity,and has long service time.
2)The screen surface adopts polyurethane material, and it's connected with track for easy
installation and replacement ,and its wear-resistance is improved by more than five times than the conventional metal screen.Materials on the feeding mouth is evenly distributed,seive mesh is not easy to jam ,and the processing capacity is large.
3) Increasing the number of beams and the diameter of driving beams,and the sevice life is increased.
4)According to the feeding amount ,adjust the amplitude to meet the process requirement.

Q: Are you a factory ?

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.
Q:Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.

A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. Every step will be send to you in time.
